These include supply of goods and art-related services, providing quotes, invoicing, contact management, legally required records and notifying of business updates. The following client information is collected or used for the operation of customer accounts and guarantees: names and contact details, addresses, purchase or account history, payment details (including card or bank information for transfers and direct debits), purchase history, account information (including registration details).
The following client information is collected or used to comply with legal requirements: financial transaction information.

Information relating to quotes may be kept for up to six months. Email communications will be deleted six years after last contact.
